Easy operation via / tutorial video using WPF, MVVM and entity framework in one project

I am trying to create an application using WPF, MVVM and entity framework 4.0. Couldn't find a simple tutorial on MSDN or anywhere else. I have read some blog posts on how to do this, but all I need to do is just go through and explain step by step. I will receive any suggestions.
