Silverlight OOB Splash Screen

In my main Silverlight 5 OOB method, I am setting up my own Application.Current.MainWindow.Left and Application.Current.MainWindow.Top. When the application starts, the OOB window appears briefly at the default position, which is set in OutOfBrowserSettings.xml. How can I prevent this? I want something like a custom splash screen for OOB.

You can try running full screen to display the splash screen and then change it to the options you want.
