Moving CSS elements to CSS into one CSS file

I took a website that has all the CSS in separate pages. Although it only has about 10 HTML pages, I'm wondering if there is a quick way to extract all these CSS elements into one CSS file and add a link to the stylesheet on each separate page without having to manually.

This may sound a little lazy, but most likely I'll be working on sites made by the same designer a few more times after that, and HTML-based CSS actually slows down the site significantly, especially for plain HTML, no frills.

Any help automating this would be most helpful.

Thank!

You should try http://unused-css.com/ site:

Examine your site pages automatically , find unused CSS selectors, and create new clean CSS files that you can download.
