UberSVN not showing on server IP

I am researching different version control systems for my company and I am currently working on using uberSVN but I have a problem. I went through the installation apparently successfully, but I cannot access the server anywhere other than the loopback IP (127.0.0.1). When I run it from loopback, it works fine, but I cannot call it from the server name in the domain or from its normal IP. It seems like it should be easy enough to set this up, but I value little in my quest. Any help is appreciated.

Installation is the latest version of uberSVN downloaded from their site today. I am installing it on Windows Server 2008 64 bit.

UPDATE: This could be because our firewall is blocking the required ports. I'll update the answer if so. Otherwise I'll update if that doesn't fix the problem.

UPDATE. We had a problem with our 9890 firewall blocker as well as the Windows 9890 firewall blocker. This issue has now been resolved. I will reply and mark the answer as soon as the required amount of time has passed for me, unless someone answers first. In this case, I'll be happy to point it out.

Make sure the firewall allows traffic to the port you assigned to uberSVN and that Windows firewall is disabled or allows traffic to that port.

UberSVN is not a pure VCS per se, it is Subversion + Frontend + Administration + ... A complete ALM tool as a result (large and complex). It was a bad idea to start with UberSVN without SVN and / or SVN + Apache background

You were too fast and inattentive during the installation phase and in step 10 (see the UberSVN Doc section ) did not redefine the base URL

This is the IP address of the computer on which you are installing uberSVN. You must make sure that this is the correct IP address, there is no "localhost" or 127. loopback address (see box below) as these will not work for users connecting over the network. The IP address will be based on the address used to access uberSVN and Subversion

Now you need to correct your settings in the UberSVN administration
