How can I pass a value to the src attribute of an HTML5 video tag in a android phone using javascript / jquery?

Question

I have created a video planner in android phone using video tag in html5.

I contained 10 links. When I click that any of the reference value of this link is passed to the src attribute of the video tag. and play this video.

Now I am getting a link to the link, how can I pass this value to the src attribute of the video tag in the onclick event?

please help me.

The video tag is disabled in the WebView tag on Android. To work around this problem, I created a VideoPlayer plugin for Android PhoneGap.

cant u do a

$('#id').attr('src', linkvalue)

? this will pass src to the video tag which will display the video
