Dojo tutorial - Business Application Architecture

I want to write a full blown business application in JavaScript and evaluate ExtJS intensively. Now I want to take a closer look at Dojo. I found tutorials at

Dojo Documentation

but they seem to only highlight individual specific points. What I'm looking for is a tutorial that describes how to organize and archive the complete application so that I can see its architectural differences compared to ExtJS.

Any suggestions on which to look at first?
