Visual Studio extension to show which command was just executed?

Is there a Visual Studio 2010/11 extension that somehow controls all the commands that a developer executes, either with the mouse or keyboard, and shows them in some window?

There is a plugin for IntelliJ IDEA that can display keyboard shortcuts for actions performed in manus and toolbars. I'm looking for something a little different, but for Visual Studio, I couldn't find anything even remotely similar.

Any advice?
