PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia stack written in C and it supports audio, video, presence, and instant messaging capabilities. It is designed to be very small, high performance, and very flexible.

You can link to CSipSimple and linphone . If you want to work with the NDK you can go with these two open source projects because these two use the NDK . I am working on the same project and I am sending SipDroid and SipDemo and everything has worked great for me so far.
