App Store Export Compliance - Does this include data stored in the Keychain?

Rather confuse it.

I store the username and password of the user in the Keychain in my app, is this an encryption feature as required by the Store Export compliance? Or is it about things like SSL?

I submitted the application without checking the box for encryption data and it was accepted. It seems that the keychain has no effect on this.
