.NET Framework Localized XML Documentation Files

If you install a localized version of Visual Studio, you will get the localized XML documentation files in the Reference Assemblies folder, for example

C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\.NETFramework\v4.0\de

But these files are installed only if you install a localized version of Visual Studio. I wonder if there is a way to get these localization files without (re) installing Visual Studio? However, there are language packs for VS that also install localized XML documentation files, but I have not found language packs for the main languages that are built into localized versions of VS. And the Windows SDK is installed in English only.

So here's my question: is there a way to get (or redistribute) localized XML files for the .NET Framework?

Partial answer from my experience: The Win32 Help (Windows SDK) is only available in English, and most of the other (.NET) content is available in English and my native language. I assume you won't get the localized Windows SDK documentation because it doesn't exist.

Think about other questions. Perhaps you could copy them from another installation of the localized Visual Studio build? My guess is that if Microsoft doesn't offer them somewhere, no one else will have the right to redistribute them.
