Are you using JSON for registration?

I've seen people talk about registering in JSON, like this post , but I've never actually tried it. I find that a JSON log file is much easier to load into a logging database for offline analysis.

Has anyone tried this? or, more specifically, someone tried with NLog (I saw the jsonEncode attribute in the NLog config document).
