HTTPS checksum or payload checksum error

If the communication protocol is HTTPS, add any kind of checksum to the payload? to be precise.

• Is it good to have a checksum in the body of the content to ensure integrity?
• Is it good to have a checksum of files / multipage content to ensure integrity?
• Both 1 and 2 are good to have
• Also not required
