Override JavaScript contextual contextual contextual context screen with browser contextual contextual contextual menu
Is there a way in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and / or Google Chrome to override the site-specific context menu (run via JavaScript) so that the browser's context menu is displayed instead? I want to be able to use the browser add-on options in the context menu, but some sites don't allow that. If you have any experience with any of these browsers please respond and I will vote for you.
One example:
Open Google Mail and right click on the message in your inbox.

Site administrators usually do this for security reasons. However, you can easily get around this if you know the HTML / JavaScript bit. Just set up the "mousedown" / 'click' handler. In the case of jQuery, you can disable the contextmenu event.
There are several browser extensions to achieve this, according to http://www.techpanache.com/how-to/enable-right-click-menu-on-chrome-and-firefox/ :
- Allow right click for Chrome
- RightToClick for FireFox
