Convert Windows phone microphone to wma or mp3

Question

I want to convert my windows phone microphone to wma or mp3.

Seems like the question was answered: Converting wav to wma

But I don't understand how http://www.codeproject.com/KB/audio-video/MP3Compressor.aspx can be used as it uses a DLL that won't run on the phone.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you want to make an AUTOMATICALLY compressed file format. I'm not sure if this is possible.

The examples shown through these links are for converting from .wav to .mp3 WHILE ON A COMPUTER.
