Is it possible for PayPal to extend the default Guest Payments tab?

I am using PayPal Standard to process orders. I have the "Paypal Account Optional" feature enabled, which allows me to accept payments from customers who do not have a PayPal account. OpenCart is the shopping system that I use.

This is the screen that is displayed when a customer wants to purchase an item:

When you click "Don't have a PayPal account?" link, the tab expands:

Is it possible for this tab to be expanded by default, perhaps with the code that was sent to the site in the first place with the order information?

I found out that PayPal saves a cookie on login. If you have a user on PayPal, it will display the Login tab. If you've never used PayPal or you've deleted your cookie, paypal will display the Paying Guests tab.



I can live with this, but it would be nice if it always showed guest payment by default.
