JsPDF Corrupt PDFs?
I am trying to create a PDF file from JavaScript using jsPDF . I have a small test page. Basically I have a PDF download button that takes a base64 image from a range and uses that for imgData
. Then I try to addImage
display the image data in pdf and then save it. Everything seems to work, it generates PDF and download tips. However, when I try to view the PDF using xpdf or Foxit reader, I am told that the PDF is corrupted. Am I creating this PDF incorrectly? My webpage is quite long, so I put it on Pastebin .

I had a similar problem and this is how it solves it. I used Blob.js , the canvas-toBlob , FileSaver . I also noticed that the latest BlobBuilder.min.js doesn't work correctly, so I used BlobBuilder.js instead.

I had a similar problem using the png type : the PDF was corrupted when opened with Adobe Reader.
Changing it to jpeg solved it!
