"Missed Apple LLVM 4.1 Option List - Language"

I'm trying to change the C ++ Standard Library option in the Xcode project config, but the list of options doesn't exist! The list of options "Apple LLVM Compiler 4.1 - Language" is missing. I created a project using CMake, but last time (as of Xcode 4.3) it didn't. How can I get a list of options? Any idea?
