I want to be a programmer; and I want to learn C ++ basics . Can anyone give me any guidance on how to get started? I am currently a complete newbie and have no programming experience.

There are many tutorials available on the Internet. Just search for a tutorial and C ++. Here's one example:

The alternative would be to invest in a book!
