I think that as mentioned in the question the min width of Twitter feed in responsive layout , you can set the min-width

CSS property to 700px

for any element that you don't want to be narrower than 700px.

Let's say you have a div called a "wrapper" that spans the entire content of your page:

<div id="wrapper">
    <!-- All contents in here -->
</div>

You can set it up like this:

#wrapper {
    min-width: 700px;
}

NOTE . If you are using a responsive layout, you will also need to comment out the styles you want to disable in the file bootstrap-responsive.css

.

So, when using responsive layout, if you want your site to appear 700px wide, you will also need to comment out the styles below:

@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 979px) {
@media (min-width: 1200px) {
@media (max-width: 480px) {
@media (max-width: 979px) {
@media (min-width: 980px) {

And leave the CSS rules (but removing @media and brackets) in the following styles:

@media (max-width: 767px) {

Hope it helps!
