CSS preprocessors on the Android tablet

When I leave and I don't always have my laptop with me, but I always have my Nexus 7. I like to do a little work when nothing else is happening, be it coding or documenting or whatever.

I would like to work on SASS stylesheets on a tablet. Obviously I can code them easily, but I haven't found a way to handle them in place yet.

On a tablet basis, that would be ideal, but there doesn't seem to be much on the way to Ruby running on Android.

An online version would be better than nothing, but seeing as I only have wifi, I don't always have an internet connection.

So the question is: Is there a way to compile SASS on Android, both on a tablet and on the web?

If not, can I do it with LESS instead? I assume because it is js based, but I prefer SASS, so this is the last option for me.

I am using termux terminal applications loaded with rubies and installed by sass with gems. You can access the shared repository as described in the termux help section. So it only works if you have your www folder. I am using this server application and it works. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.esminis.server.php
