Options for downloading the entire contents of a folder

Trying to figure out the best way to load all the contents of a folder into an HTML5 / .NET MVC-4 project. It looks like only Google Chrome supports HTML5 file upload and download functionality. Is there any other plugin I can use to allow users to download the entire contents of a folder?
