Custom actions modify files in the Program Files folder

Question

I want to create a custom action that modifies some files in the Program Files folder

But when I ran I got an error that access was denied and the installer is rolled back

works as Administrator also couldn't help.

still allow it?

For those looking for an answer,

just put Impersonate="no"

in action :)
