JavaScript: Programmatically Capture a Frame of YouTube Videos

Is it possible to programmatically capture Flash video frames inside Chrome?

I am asking if I can corrupt pixelated YouTube frames outside of the browser (using WebGL) and I want to programmatically extract those corrupted frames (using JavaScript for example).

Of course, I would report this vulnerability to Google (and possibly receive a prize for winning the vulnerability).
