Postgres pg gem compilation error on Ubuntu 12.04

Possible duplicate:
Failed to install pg gem on ubuntu - Cant will find the libpq-fe.h header

Here is the error when trying to do bundle install

I am using ubuntu 12.04.Can any point what may be wrong
