Drupal redirects https when trying to login

When I try to login the drupal site is redirected to https and the page is not available. I am unable to access websites on any page using https. Can any organ help. I want to login with http. I've upgraded fron drupal 6 site to drupal 7. Drupal 6 login without https.

If you installed new modules before getting the error, unplug them from the system table. Make sure none of your custom modules, if any, try to access https if it is not available on the site. In most cases, this is a minor configuration error.
