Achartengine Portable Line Chart

enter image description hereI am just creating a new chart with achartengine and I notice that when I move the chart, it moves along the x and y axis. is there a way to prevent the chart from moving along the x and y axis?

I also notice that this happens on the demo that comes with acharthargene.
