WCF Configuration Editor (no maintenance)

I am trying to follow this tutorial

Textbook

but I run into a problem from the very beginning.

I create a new website and I give it an address. I can see the files in the inepub folder. I can navigate to the service using "localhost // WCFService // Service.svc".

So all is well.

When I right click on the webconfig file and select Edit WCF Configuration, a window opens, but the service is not registered.

enter image description here

So, I tried to create a new service using the New Service Wizard and asked for the service type.

enter image description here

My service doesn't show up as a type ... there isn't really a service type.

So, if I follow the wizard to the end, just typing in the names, it warns me that the type might be invalid and there doesn't seem to be a link between the config and my service.

What am I doing wrong here?
