Adobe AIR for Android - How do I use APK files in an Air app?

I have created an AIR Android application that I am about to submit to Google Play. The total file size of my APK is around 250MB as I have embedded a lot of video content that is required to run the application. I am unable to download videos from the server as our client does not want users to wait after clicking on each of the videos. I just found out that the maximum APK file size allowed by the google play store is 50MB, beyond which you'll have to use something called APK extension files. I have never used them in AIR applications before and I have looked through many forums but could not find an answer to this problem.

I'm only stuck because of this APK size limit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
