IOSOpenDev installation error
I have Xcode 4.3.1 installed and I tried to install the 10.5 package for IOSOpenDev

This is the point:
You have disagreed with Xcode's licensing agreements, please run
'xcodebuild -license'
(for user-level acceptance) or'sudo xcodebuild -license'
(for system-wide acceptance) from a terminal window to view and agree to Xcode's licensing agreements.
This is a one-off thing that you need, so I didn't remember this before. Anyway, I'm surprised this question isn't mentioned anywhere on the website.
