Kendo ui mobile data-icon image not showing
this is my code.

here the data icon doesn't work. I mean the data icon does not show the property showing no image. Any suggestions?

This article might be helpful. It details the use of font icons in mobile apps that you do. I don't know which mobile device, if any, you are testing, but the article says they do not work on Window Phone 8. They look great on the IE11 desktop when emulating WP8 via developer tools. For WM8, you need to use regular old image icons, not font icons. Again, this is according to the article. I have not tested the WP8 device myself.
