I want to use Orchard cms to develop my site. But the requirement is that the site for each country in the same area should be something like a child site.
for example: mydomain.com/uk/home, mydomain.com/us/home, mydomain.com/au/home,etc
when the user logs in, we have to check where the user came from and redirect the user to the appropriate website.
In Orchard we can only create 1 website and I am not sure how to add children, for example how we can do in Sharepoint.
My question is similar to the one below, except that I chose to use Orchard CMS. CMS for multiple domains in one language
Please let me know if this is possible in Orchard.

To create multiple sites with the same Orchard instance, you need to enable the MultiTenancy module. Alternatively, you can access the details for each site as shown here: MultiTenancy Orchard - How to know which tenant the request will come from .
