JQuery-UI ToolTip Position

Is there any hint position at all for the standard jQuery-UI tooltip ( http://jqueryui.com/tooltip/ ) to follow the mouse and not the cage?

Position is currently based on the page element that contains the "title" attribute, using the positioning rules in JQuery-UI ( http://api.jqueryui.com/position/ ).

From everything I've seen, this is not possible.
