Links to Blogger Template Tags

I am trying to find a comprehensive list of Blogger template tag links such as the "post", "blog" and "top" attributes. Blogger has a lot of features, but not well documented. I found this: http://blogger2ools.mystady.com/ , very large but incomplete and updated.

Is there any documentation for developing templates?

I was / was looking for the same list. So far, the only "good" stuff I have found has been the google standard info which seems very thin, but here is the Goolge List (date Feb 15, 2013)

For more information about development etc., there seems to be little information here, it is a link to the "Advanced-Section" , but it only has some hints and pointers. The tutorials on the internet don't seem to provide more information.
