Disallow design updates on WebContent

I was playing around with JQuery and was saving the js files in a folder under WebContent. This database inherits the project for the base templates database. The new design removes the contents of the WebContent folder. Is there a way to prevent design updates in the WebContent folder and other items found in the package explorer.

Use the File menu: Application: Set Prohibit Refresh Property ... Check the Deny Refresh Property or Replace Design checkbox to change the selected items Select the item that does not update
