CommandError: Cannot find xgettext. with django i18n

I have a simple django app that I am using I18N

. But when I tried to execute the following command,

D:\work\i18n\testapp>django-admin.py makemessages -l en

I am getting the following error,

D:\work\i18n\testapp>django-admin.py makemessages -l en
CommandError: Can't find xgettext. Make sure you have GNU gettext tools 0.15 or
newer installed.

After that I installed python-gettext , but I still get the error CommandError: Can't find xgettext...

.

Here is my setup.py parameter

What am I missing here? Any customization or any other module I should install?

You need to install the package gettext

.

For windows you can download from GetText for Windows

If you are using CentOS

then run command yum install gettext

and for Ubuntu

commandsudo apt-get install -y gettext
