Why is the Glimpse Host section showing multiple renders for the same Controller.Action?

Question

Just trying to figure out what it means to see Render: DealerCustomers.CustomerManager

multiple times as shown in the screenshot below:

Host Timings with trivial

And why don't these times affect the 42ms duration? Obviously, we are trying to understand some performance issues.
