Google Play In - Application Billing: License Key Change Problem

I am developing a new application that uses In-App billing feature.

During testing, I tested this license key of my application, which is used to connect to google game servers so that billing changes when some developer console profile information for my application was changed.

Does anyone know what are the events that trigger a change in the app's license key?
