Do I need to rebuild the old iOS8 Beta library (or framework) after GA release?

I've created a static library that uses an iOS8 feature and I'm building against the beta. When you've released GA and I can publish an app targeting iOS8 GA, I need to rebuild the iOS8 GA SDK, or I won't have any development issues (assuming the APIs are the same) or Apple approval when publishing the App.
