Compare two deleted files from windows

I have two environments, preprod.xxx.com and test.xxx.com. After I've tested everything in a test environment, I will combine the preprocessing codes via tfs. After I resolve conflicts and everything else, I need to compare "test.xxx.com/web.js" with "preprod.xxx.com/web.js". So I copy and paste two of them into winmerge for comparison. I'm looking for when I gave two links, it will automatically compare and save the session for later use.
