Amazon SES Complaint Notices Not Received in SNS Complaint Topic

I do not receive complaint notifications posted in the SNS complaint thread when I report spam in my Gmail or Yahoo mailboxes. But I can generate complaint notifications using the Amazon mailbox simulator. It works great. Do I need to create some configuration to receive complaint notifications from Gmail / Yahoo mailboxes? The sending mail client is signed using the Http endpoint. Please note that all other notifications (Hard Bounces, Soft bounces, Delivered) are accepted successfully. I am not running my email program on the ec2 instance. It runs on my local machine and runs on the internet using ngrok.

Note. I have followed other related questions on SO. But they did not help solve my case.
