Visual editor not working in wordpress 3.8.1?

I just updated wordpress to 3.8.1 and the visual editor was not working on the page and in the post. I have tried with the following solutions, but none of them work for me.

-Activate and deactivate the entire plugin.

-installed Use the Google Libraries plugin.

-Selected theme.

- not specified in user profile for "Disable visual editor on recording".

- cleared browser cache.

-Installed wordpress.

- added this line to wp-config.php define ('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

Thanks for repeating. I solved this problem by manually downloading wordpress 3.8.1 and uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders using ftp. Now it works nicely.
