IPhone not listed in Xcode Organizer

I researched this annoying issue, but all I found were problems with iTunes not recognizing the device, or Xcode having intermittent iPhone rendering issues. In my case, nothing helped! I installed iTunes again, Xcode 6 beta 6 and plugged / unplugged my iPhone 5 after every install or reboot to no avail. The screen below shows my iPhone listed in Devices, but not listed in organizer. Also, any new project I create for iPhone, it shows my iPhone under "Unacceptable Devices" as you can see in the screenshot. I'm at a loss what else to try.
