You are installing the latest version of the JBoss Openshif Tools form http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/luna/
I have checked both the original clean installations of 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 and had no problem installing the Openshift tools.
In the meantime, I see that your "m2e - Maven Integration for Eclipse 1.4.1.20140328-1905 (org.eclipse.m2e.feature.feature.group 1.4.1.20140328-1905)" does not match the original version included in STS 3.6.0. which is "m2e - Maven Integration for Eclipse (includes incubation components) 1.5.0.20140606-0033 org.eclipse.m2e.feature.feature.group".
I suggest you try updating to the latest STS 3.6.1 and then installing Openshift Tools again.
If you cannot update the whole STS, I will try to update the m2e integration from the luna repository before installing Openshif Tools.
I would also recommend selecting "Contact all update sites during installation to find the required software" during installation.

This basically says that plugins installed in your current Eclipse conflict with plugins that JBoss OpenShift Tools (which you are apparently trying to install) require:

The latest Eclipse Luna (but also the previous Kepler link) tries to solve such problems and offers you various alternatives such as replacing existing conflicting plugins and removing all those that they need. As greg-449 pointed out, my current guess is that you are using an older version of Eclipse (Kepler or even older). JBoss OpenShift Tools 2.6.0.Beta3 requires Eclipse Luna.
