Xpages browser error

I have the following error:

Error 403

HTTP Web Server: You are forbidden to perform this operation

I had this application on my local machine and it worked fine with both client and browser. But when I created a copy on our server (I have access to the server) the application works fine on the client, but on the internet I have the error above. Any ideas?

Sign your database with an ID that is allowed to "Sign or run unlimited methods and operations". This is an option on the Security tab of the Domino Directory Server document.
