The AVD manager is empty and also cannot create a new one, the "Ok" button is disabled in the Create New Android Device (AVD) dialog.
try to create a new AVD. Make sure not to include spaces in the AVD name when creating the AVD and select the device, also make sure system images are loaded. The Ok button is activated if u fulfills all these conditions.
