Couldn't find services on Samsung Galaxy

I'm having trouble getting my app to work and debugging only on a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

It was updated via OTA to Android 4.4.2 last week.

LogCat throws a lot of errors from LocSvc_utils_q, LocSvc_11, LocSvc_ApiV02, etc. Hundreds of messages per second that clean up real messages for debugging.

I haven't been able to find definitive information on how to deal with this. Same code Works for Nexus 7 and other devices.

Does anyone know anything about this?
