Androidplot - X-Axis labels disabled

I am creating a histogram but ran into an issue where the labels on the x axis are disabled on the tablet. Attached correct layout on phone and wrong layout on tablet.

Does anyone know why this problem occurs on a tablet and how to fix it?

The problem is the lack of space in the bottom margin of the graph widget. If you add this to your XML graph:

androidPlot.graphWidget.marginBottom="100dp"

Then the problem should go away. 100dp is probably overkill, so you have to type it, but you get the idea :)
