Xcode 6: changing font for size class

Question

I am trying to set up different fonts or some kind of font scaling in my class classes in Xcode 6 as stated on this page:

The problem is that I can't get past Step # 3, which says:

I can't see the + button.

Am I missing something or is the documentation written incorrectly?

It's very tiny (at least on Mavericks). Took me a minute to find it.
