Using the same keyboard shortcuts in every IDE / editor

I want to customize every IDE / editor I use to have exactly the same keykeys. By default, each IDE / editor has a slightly different set of key bindings, even for general actions. For example, "close current tab" is bound to either CTRL + W or CTRL + F4.

Is there already a bunch of config files (one for each IDE, editor, etc.) with the same keybindings?
