How can I read IO latency on Mac
I am running some very hard hard drive recordings on mac pro and I think my hard drive is the bottleneck for my system performance. Ideally I would like to see what the I / O wait% is at the top, but the Mac version of the top utility does not display I / O wait%. Is there any other way to determine the IO latency on Mac?

There is no out-of-the-box iowait viewer, but the data appears to be available on OS interfaces.
